yoga nidra karma class

SUNDAYS 4:00-4:30 pm

Yoga Nidra is a cool way to systematically relax the body and mind while maintaining inner awareness. It’s known as the hypnogogic state between wakefulness and sleep. Practiced lying down, you will receive verbal cues to relax muscles and visual imagery to clarify your inner world. Just one half hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 2 hours of restful sleep. It’s true!
